We would love to have you as a vendor at the Bay City Día De Los Muertos Festival.  There will be plenty of space at LeTulle Park but we will try not to have too many vendors of any one type; so sign-up soon to make sure you get a spot.  

Regular 12x12ft tent spaces are $50 each (Bring your own tent/canopy; and be sure to let us know if you need more than one space in the comments.  (There are some electrical outlets available for a $25 fee.) Food Truck spaces are $100 each.  Every booth comes with three free vendor badges to be worn while you are on site.  Extra vendor badges are $10 each.

We build our vendor area (The Mercado) in a central location close to the beer garden and the festival merch tent.  Vendor locations are selected by our planning team based on the types of vendors, the noise from generators, the need for electricity and the order in which we receive your payment (not just the online form).  You are welcome to make requests and we will accommodate the best we can.  You can contact us with the following email address:

We ask that you join in the decorations as well.  The festival is from noon to 10pm.  Help us light up the Mercado when the sun goes down by providing your own booth lights!  Remember not to overload any of the park outlets.  LED lights are a great option.
